Pros: Large comfortable room opposite a really nice park. Walking distance to cool neighbourhood around Ave du Mont Royal with good food and drink options.

Cons: No face-to-face contact with the owner so felt very impersonal. 20 mins walk to metro with buses not very regular.

Comfortable, friendly and safe.

Pros: Location was perfect for what I needed. Loved the view (Parc Lafontaine). You can walk everywhere or lots of bus stops in the area. The young woman who greeted me was amazing and helpful. There is some flexibility for check in and check out. I received specific instructions by text about that and a map for the parking. She was expecting me and walked me to my room. I felt safe, especially since I was on my own. There were electronic keypads on front door and on my room door. Bed was comfy. There was a small bar fridge in the closet. I also had access to a self serve well stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee, tea, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge with milk and cream, cereal dispenser). The bonus was the private parking in the back for the B&B guests for a very small fee. One of the reasons why I picked this place. Parking is at a premium in Montreal.

Cons: Although the room was clean enough, it looked like the bedspread could use a refresher. Bathroom is updated and well set up, but found a bit of hair on floor and on the side of the tub. Small things that can be easily fixed.

Pros: The fact there’s a kitchen . And the perfect location for us.

Pros: Bien situé aux abords du parc Lafontaine. Idéal Pour le sport et détente. Métro à 10 minutes pour les visites.

Pros: Jolie chambre avec un espace cuisine et salon communs. Café et céréales à disposition. Chambre à l'arrière de l'avenue donc très calme et climatisée

Cons: Rien. Pas de fausse note

A beautiful, quiet and cozy place right on the park.

Pros: They had coffee available, and a discount at a cafe down the street.

Cons: It's on the second floor, which I did not understand when I arrived. I could not find the number at street level, and then found it on the second floor. I had to haul my luggage up the exterior staircase to get to my room. Once there, everything was lovely. I got some emails from them through Booking.com, but it looked like it was a document pasted in, and was too small to read. I encourage future travelers to reach out to the hotel directly. They are very responsive.

Pros: Tolle Lage, sauber , großer Aufenthaltsraum mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, alles für ein kleines Frühstück wird zur Verfügung gestellt (ohne Brot)

Cons: Etwas enges Zimmer und Bad. Wir haben keinen Ansprechpartner zu Gesicht bekommen.. Bei Ankunft würde uns -fast unwillig- geholfen und grob , kaum verständlich zum Frühstück erklärt. Die Gäste in den anderen beiden Zimmern hatten gar keinen Kontakt.

Pros: Location across from a park and central to shops and restaurants. Renovated bathroom and tasteful decor along with a comfortable bed.
