Pros: The place is really nice and clean. Yani (the host) tends to the place himself and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Location is good, there are plenty of restaurants around, and the nearby cafe le labo des saveurs makes amazing coffee! I really enjoyed my stay there

Pros: Nice place. The owner is very polite and respectful of privacy. The house is clean, has all the essentials, and it was comfortable and quiet to sleep

Cons: Great value for money, nothing to complain about. Just a small thing that could be improved: the upstairs floor is a bit creaky, but it’s not really a big issue

Pros: The place is located in a very centric place close to restaurants, metro stations and parks. The accommodations met our needs and the host Yacine is very professional, friendly and welcoming. Second time booking this place!

Pros: Room is very spacious. Bus stop is just one corner away from the house, KFC & convenience also really close. There is a Walmart close to the stay if you want to buy groceries.

Cons: There could be some noice from other rooms and residents may be heard at odd times. There are no rules for kitchen use or quiet times.

Pros: The room alone in an apartment is what you get along with washroom. The owners were in the apartment. They were friendly and made sure we are comfortable. We lost our room key and they got us the spare key at 3am in the morning. The room was very clean. If you are looking for a private room for very good price, this is the one.
