Lovely room and facilities but poor sound insulation between room and hallway

Pros: Location and facilities were very nice. Food was very good.

Cons: Our room was close to the stairs and the sound insulation was poor. We could hear people talking, walking and closing doors until after 1am.

Pros: Our Loft Room had a full kitchen, microwave and Nespresso coffee machine. And even a washer and dryer. Lots of room to store our clothing. Magog is a great town to visit.

Cons: Parking spaces are a bit narrow.

Pros: It was as if the hotel thought about all aspects of my stay. Comfortable bed, shower, tv channels, plenty of parking etc, etc. It really exceeded my expectations.

Very relaxing, comfortable, clean and visually pleasing for the most part. Best hotel in the area!

Pros: Love this hotel! My favourite part is the comfort of the beds and bedding!! It is a beautiful place, however the pool area could use a little freshening up; maye because we're just getting out of winter and they haven't had the chance yet. I went there for the first time last August and I've been back with different people four times since then. I love this place!! :)

Cons: I didn't particulary like having to drag out lounge chairs by the pool - however it was the first really beautiful day this spring so I hope that would not happen again.

Pros: The staff went out of their way to accommodate all my requests and even helped de-icing my car after a snowy night. The room is comfortable and light, the bistro served the best food I had in Canada. I would strongly recommend! Thank you

Pros: Comfy bed, spacious, quiet room, eating places on site. Lovely young lady at reception (sorry i didnt see your name tag) who checked us in and out was very friendly, informative, nothing was a problem.
