Pros: Overall I had a nice service at the front desk with the person I was checking in with as well as in the restaurant. The room was in good conditions and very spacious!

Cons: I didn't like that I asked for a coffee to take to the swimming pool I didn't realize that its not allowed. I didn't know where to get a coffee so I asked the front desk and got a very unprofessional answer she said \

Pros: The courtesy of staff really welcoming and facilities are top notched with a nice ambiance everywhere.

Cons: No complimentary water bottles in the room.& couldn't use the coffee maker as a result of a vital component.

Pros: The room was perfect for our one night stay. We were so happy to learn about the morning shuttle to the airport. That was fabulous. Thank you!

Cons: The planes every 10 minutes kept waking me up. They fly so low over the hotel.

Our stay was convenient and conducive.

Pros: We had an early morning flight and could not stay till breakfast time. The location helped with our proximity to the airport and the bus shuttle was promptly operated.

Everything we needed

Pros: The beds were wonderfully comfortable. Our room was huge and very comfortable. I think it must have been a suite, as it had the bedroom as its own room, separate from the spacious sitting area, dining area, and full kitchen. The road noise outside was horrible, but we did not hear it at all from inside the hotel. The blackout curtains were great. With them closed you wouldn't know from inside whether it was midnight or noon. Most of all, and my first consideration when booking any hotel - I loved the pool. I spent most of my time at the hotel in the pool.
