Quick business trip and it was perfect!

Pros: Best experience for work travel ever. Front reception Mykala and Sandy went over and above for me. Ensuring my shuttle arrived on time and helping me get a great cup of coffee before I headed home. Their English was refreshing and for the first time in all my years of travel, I had a great conversation during check out. I promise I will be back because of them!

Cons: I was hoping for complimentary coffee or continental breakfast in the lobby.

Pros: Right by airport which was great as we took train in to fly out next day

Pros: Great Hotel. The Handheld Clothes Steamer in the room was a great surprise..

Pros: Lovely space, but we really needed food and the restaurant was closed, no food on site, both menus given to us were for places that were closed. Coffee was good but we only had one paper cup for two people… for $250 a night I would think we could be provided with 2 real mugs!

Cons: Only one paper cup for 4 people. We should also be provided actual mugs, not just single use. No food on site!

Absolutely lovely

Pros: The people working there deserve a raise. They were exceptional. I've travelled all over the world and usually am not inclined to stay at a chain Hotel as I don't find the friendliest of staff. That being said the staff here were the kindest most outstanding individuals, truly cared for the guests and made them feel special.

Cons: I wish there was an option to add on breakfast after booking, also wished that room service (for meals) were available.

Pros: Came in for a one night stay very limited use of hotel but everything was a solid level

Good choice for airport connections

Pros: I needed a hotel to stay at for connecting to a flight from Montreal. Arranging a shuttle was easy - phone numbers are posted by exit 8 on the departures level - it took about 20 minutes to arrive. Getting a shuttle back to the airport was also easy. Shuttle drivers were polite and helpful with luggage. The room was spacious and very clean. There was a king size bed, a nice sofa, large TV, and basic coffee machine. It was a very quiet room and I wasn't disturbed by noise from other rooms at all. I could check out at noon, which was helpful with jet lag! Room service was prompt and the food was quite good.

Cons: Front desk staff on arrival were not very friendly. There was no water or tea provided in the room. The coffee maker in the room was a very basic one. Basic toiletry offerings. Wifi was awkward to connect to. Obviously, the view isn't great and it's difficult to get anywhere if you don't have a car.

Pros: Big rooms. Clean. Courteous staff. Comfortable beds.

Cons: No breakfast buffet. Expensive

Pros: Clean room. All amenities available. Small 24/7 mart near reception for purchase of snacks. Airport pickup available.

Cons: Mart had expensive snacks.

Pros: I did not sleep in the room , they didn’t let me in

Cons: At least they couldn’t let me sleep in there
