Pros: Our suite was spacious, clean and well equipped, comfortable bed, loved the Neurospa feature. Good vibe in the lobby area with the fireplace, coffee/martini bar, live music at night. The outdoor pools were great.

Pros: I loved the spacious suite and the king-size comfortable bed. The spa facilities are amazing. Loved the fact that your dog is so welcome everywhere. Riley enjoyed her stay as much as we did. Highly recommend this hotel, the most dog friendly, I have ever stayed at.

For a one night stay it was very good.

Pros: We received an upgrade and the suite was very nice

Cons: Initial email info from hotel seemed too technical and made it appear that there was no humans at reception and everything had to be done online

We had only one night and it was good experience.

Pros: Dinner at the Tomahawk grill was excellent. Service was good and food was delicious. The chocolate cake was exceptionally delicious

Cons: The live music next room was too loud and didn’t go with the ambiance of the restaurant.

Happily surprised!!

Pros: Was happily surprised with the suite! Just in front of the spa, with a fireplace, nice kitchenette... Nice king bed, which was asked for. We even found a 'wall hide-bed'. Very nice!!

A comfortable room, lovely deck, and enjoyable outdoor hot tubs!

Pros: This was a repeat visit for me and I will definitely be back again. I love the hot tubs, sauna, and quiet yurt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent - spacious with a lovely well appointed deck. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is handy. The bed was very comfortable.

Cons: Breakfast here is not included. The last time I stayed here we were able to purchase breakfast at the hotel. This time our first morning was a (summer) Sunday morning and the only option was a $30 brunch that required advance booking. We drove to Magog which is only 10-15 minutes away for breakfast which worked for us but might not be acceptable to some visitors. I would love to see an option to have breakfast included, even if it is just a continental breakfast.
