Pros: Historic building close to lake Magog Secure storage for bicycles.

Cons: No breakfast offered on site

Time Travel.

Pros: The location was great, close to everything, just a short walk to the main road where all the restaurants & stores are. The rooms are very nice & clean , this is an old house with a lot of history, the bed & bathroom,a small fridge and the big flat screen TV are the only modern things in the room. This place has a lot of history, very charming & interesting.

Cons: The only negative thing is the traffic noise in the morning, because of the small air conditioner in the window, the noise of traffic can be a bit of a problem if you're a lite sleeper.

Perfect

Pros: Everything was great and this is why I stay here on business trips. Allowed flexibility on check-in and as well as on a late check-out that was greatly appreciated!

Cons: I was in contact with the property before my stay to have a specific room and did not get it. This is a minor issue as the room I was provided was still fine.

The stay was very enjoyable, starting with the very friendly greeting when we arrived.

Pros: The breakfast was excellent. The location was too, as we walked all around the beautiful lake side park and enjoyed th ease of walking to dinner.

Great stay in Magog

Pros: Friendly receptionist, big room with huge TV, nicely decorated, comfortable bed, bathroom was very big as well. Continental breakfast with eggs cooked to order.

Cons: Wish there was a microwave oven.

Pros: Everything. From the moment we arrived, my wife and I had an excellent time at Chateau du lac. Staff, room, cleanliness, bed comfort, bike storage, breakfast, parking. Everything about this hotel is top-notch.

Cons: Nothing.

lovely hotel in very good location

Pros: good location, clean and lovely place, great breakfast, staff is very helpful

Pros: Breakfast itself was delicious and varied and having evening access to the ground level coffee and lounge area was great. Storage of our tandem bicycle was convenient and safe.

Agréablement surpris

Pros: Les indications d'arrivée étaient super claires. Nous avions amené notre souper et avons pu bénéficier du micro-ondes dans la salle commune qui était super confortable et accueillante. Notre chambre était vraiment cozy et le lit hyper confortable. Malgré la température froide dehors, il faisait bon et chaud dans la chambre. Excellent rapport qualité-prix. Nous y reviendrons à notre prochain séjour à Magog.

Cons: La quantité d'eau chaude pour la douche était vraiment limitée. Nous avons pris notre douche le soir et la deuxième personne à manqué d'eau chaude. Le matin, il manquait d'eau chaude dès la première douche, même si c'était une douche très rapide.
