Value for money

Pros: We stayed in Montreal for 3 nights. The hotel was nice — the room was cleaned every day, and the towels were changed. There was a hairdryer in the room and space to organize our things. We needed an iron, and they gave us one without any problem. We also forgot an adapter, and they lent us one for free for the whole stay. The front desk works 24/7, which is perfect for late check-ins. Breakfast included coffee, tea, pastries, and jam.

Cons: There’s no shelf in the shower to put my toiletries, and a bit more soap would be nice.

NICE

Pros: The location is excellent and easy to move from to anywhere in Montreal. It is very close to the Metro station and there are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets, and a church about 2 mins away. It is an excellent location for tourists. The breakfast is fair- muffins, bread, croissants tea coffee and so on. Obviously a nice budget hotel. The room was very cute.

Cons: The entrance reception and stairs to the hotel need some upgrades,..

A great stay (dont listen to the negative reviews)

Pros: The reason of giving 10/10 is not because this is the best hotel in the world, but because a lot of these reviews are just not filling up and are incorrect. It's not a 5 star hotel like the bigger brands, but it costs just a fraction of the price. It's clean and in the middle of the city next to a metro station. It has all the facilities you need if you are on a working trip and also very helpfull staff. I really can't complain. The AC makes some noise and for that you have earplugs. For the sun coming through you have a sleeping mask. They cannot help the neighbourhood they are in. I had a great stay during f1 weekend.

Cons: For people with reduced mobility it can be hard, as there is no elevator to go up and the stairs ate pretty narrow. For the rest nothing to complain about.

Pros: Location very close to everything, subway,restaurants, night clubs.

Pros: I like having a breakfast at that time so was content with the breakfast. Able to take tray to room was great. shower was excellent room cleanliness excellent. Air conditioner worked excellent.

Cons: Tv was not working something to do with remote.. We did not receive plastic glasses in the room the third day. There was a fight at 3 in the morning back lot . I think they were ramming cars and yelling at each other.

Reminded me of European hostels... pretty cool!

Pros: Location is excellent, parking is available and cheap (tight squeeze but we made a mini van work). AC was good (loud, but I like white noise). MY MATTRESS WAS AMAZING, don't know if the whole place is like that but it was a solidly good mattress. The place was quiet, clean enough, and the price is fantastic for where it is

Cons: It's an old hotel, so this is to be expected: obviously people smoked here once upon a time and the smell lingers (personally, I think that's a hoot)... things are tiny the way things are tiny in cities like Montreal, so if you're not up for some logistics in your bathroom, on the stairs, in the hallway, etc., this isn't the place for you. Also there are bars in the street below.. we were in 3rd floor and couldn't hear them bc of ac but I'm a different season, in the weekend, it could be a problem... request a room with no window to the street if you're concerned

Pros: Breakfast was excellent. I liked being near the porch. Location was excellent. Shower was excellent. Room was neat and clean. Air condition was excellent. Staff friendly.
