Lovely modern hotel.

Pros: Location is good, nice area of the city to walk from. Staff were very friendly

Cons: Parking was an issue. We couldn’t control car access ourselves it had to be by the Valet but with our dog we wanted the ability to park ourselves.

Pros: There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this hotel We checked in at 11pm. after our booked hotel was cancelled due to the Ice storm whilst we were flying to Canada .The check in staff were absolutely lovely. Breakfast was exceptional every day and a very generous size helping .The restaurant staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We ate in the restaurant 1 evening of 3 and enjoyed the Festa tasting menu and some cocktails which were exceptional .The bedroom is very comfortable and includes toiletries ,iron,mini bar, coffee machine and a safe.The Victoria Square metro station is opposite the hotel and vieux montreal is 5 minutes walk .

Pros: The food quality and service was great. Service with a smile, fresh food and hot. I really enjoyed my experience.

Cons: Arrival was a little challenging. There was no parking in the front of the hotel and the snow made it tough to get in with out getting luggage dirty.
