Great hotel and happy to return in a few months

Pros: The main station of Montreal is in walking distance to the Hotel, which is great if you travel by public transport. The room was very clean and comfortable, the hotel itself looks very modern and new and of course clean as well. I'm already looking forward to my next stay in a few months. There's also a bakery in the building and a supermarket just over the street.

Nice rooms, no open windows though

Pros: The room was spacious and well designed, the shower was fantastic. Staff is very friendly.

Cons: My room didn’t have any window that could open. I strongly dislike that about modern hotels. Also, breakfast was à la carte instead of a buffet.

Great hotel with clean rooms, excellent location and dining facilities

Pros: We stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great — easy walking distance to a lot of the main tourist spots and there were plenty of shops around too. Breakfast was definitely a highlight, with lots of good options to choose from. The staff were helpful as well — they held our luggage for us before check-in and after we checked out, which made things a lot easier. There’s also a bakery and a really good restaurant right inside the building, which was super convenient. Overall, we had a really good stay.

Cons: Not really a criticism, but if I had to mention something, the in-room dining menu could have been a bit more comprehensive, especially considering how many great choices the hotel restaurant had. After a long day out, it would have been nice to have a few more options available to enjoy in the room. That being said, this definitely isn’t a complaint or anything that ruined the stay — just a small thing that would have made an already great experience even better.

Cons: The breakfast at the hotel's restaurant has a limited options, and I did not find it particularly good.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Beautiful decor in the lobby. Staff were lovely. The 2nd floor restaurant and lounge was nice. The drinks were really good. Bakery on the first floor was good. Long lines in the middle of the day on a weekend so you know it's good. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel provided the accommodation we sought and was well placed for sightseeing

Pros: The facilities - room & shower room were good. No food was bought, but the bar was used. The bar itself was very good, and after an initial misunderstanding the bar staff made good.

Cons: The The lack of a proper explanation from the Reception, that using a debit card, instead of a credit card, would result in payments being taken immediately. In the absence of that 'warning', a large chunk of our spending money was removed from the account. However, I had a credit card available, to cover the declined 'bar tab', but decided to leave the main room charge on the debit card.
