Pros: Spectacular hotel! Spotless, quiet , and spacious rooms, with free nespresso coffee. Delicious dinner and brunch at the hotel restaurant, the price reflects the high quality. Service and staff impeccable. The gym is well equipped for a hotel, and the views from the rooftop pool are beautiful. Nothing was missed overall. I will be back again!

Pros: - good location, central area - good breakfast - nice view from our room: Tour de l'Horloge (nice by day, impressive by night)

Cons: - pay attention to your GPS: it will not take you to Notre-Dame St. (the hotel's entrance), but to Berri St. - which is practically level -1 below the reception and difficult to identify any way to enter the hotel - don't forget to ask for the breakfast coupon (if included) at check-in; the reception guy \

Great stay.

Pros: Excellent location, short walking distance to Montreal’s ‘must see’ places. The hotel itself- very comfortable rooms and beds, nicely decorated spaces, cleanliness and excellent service. The staff- reception, restaurant- helpful, courteous and ready to help resolve any issue one might have. Add to it a very nice meal at a hotel restaurant and a very good breakfast- all this made for a great stay. What made this stay even better is the fact that one can open the window a little bit. Wished we could have stayed longer, hopefully, will return.

Cons: Nothing.

Expensive night but very nice

Pros: Room was lovely, nice additional touches like movement sensors under the bed to provide dim lighting at night. Great location, lovely view from rooftop pool, good breakfast. It exceeded my expectations since BOoking.com had it listed as a 3 star hotel which it clearly wasn't - certainly more - which possibly explained the price.

Cons: Staff were nice and as expected but didn't standout as extra special. Disappointed that breakfast didn't offer any more than a filter coffee. These aren't complaints but as a top end hotel I would have expected more.

Pros: Location was great easy walk to old town. I asked and received a quiet room high level. Room good size. Staff helpful

Cons: Restaurant had a limited menu so we ate meals elsewhere.

Pros: Very fast & professional check in at the front desk. Amazing views from the rooftop complete with a Friday night dj. The cleaning service was phenomenal. Loved the room size and shower pressure. ALL the staff were kind and professional. The location was perfect.

Cons: The pillows were oddly flat... perhaps a personal preference.
