Good location great staff
Pros: Good location ! Good bed if you have a room with a king bed. I also appreciated that the bathroom and shower soap/gel/shampoo etc. were made in Canada. They upgraded us because there was a plumbing issue with our toilet in the first room, also had an issue with the A/C it was really hot but after we switched room it was fine. The staff was really really nice and polite, they apologize for the issues we had with the room and upgraded us, they went out of their way to try fix the problems.
Cons: The biggest issue we had was that you can't control the A/C in your room. The whole accommodation is central air. So our room was really hot but in the hallway it was comfortable. Other rooms had no issue with the temperature and all was great, seemed to be just us. Getting inside the place was a little bit tricky at first, if you traveled a long way and you're tired read the instructions for check in carefully. The first room we had, had a bathroom with a clear wall so not suitable if you're not a couple traveling.

Endroit idéal pour une courte visite
Pros: - grandes chambres bien équipées - foyer électrique dans la chambre - décor très moderne - emplacement idéal pour une visite du Vieux-Port - personnel sympathique et accueillant
Cons: - emplacement dans le sous-sol et donc aucune fenêtre qui s’ouvrait - bruyant : on entend les chambres à côté - le prix est un peu élevé pour la qualité de l’établissement

Pros: Everything was great! I booked it for my sister who has very low mobility. They were very responsive before the stay, helpful during check in assisting her to get to the room. The hotel is very well located, the rooms are spacious, beautiful and clean. I strongly recommend it!

Endroit très reposant et sécuritaire, mais avec comodité limité.
Pros: L'entrée est bien sécurisée et facile à comprendre, le gardien de nuit était très gentil et efficace, pas eue de problème pour venir avec mon chien d'assistance (l'hôtel est aussi autorisé aux animaux de compagnie d'ailleurs). La chambre était spacieuse et confortable, l'hôtel silencieux et avec peu de passage, c'était très reposant pour quelqu'un comme moi qui a le sommeil très léger. L'accès à l'immeuble et à la chambre est avec un code, il n'y a pas de clé.
Cons: Le bain était sale, il y avait un motton de cheveux dedans. L'eau chaude était longue à arriver, ça a pris un bon 10 minutes à laisser l'eau coulée pour en avoir, au point que je pensais que j'allais devoir me doucher à l'eau froide. Il y avait une baie vitrée style porte patio coulissante qui donnait sur la cours intérieure de l'hôtel, mais la deuxième porte de chaque côté semblait verrouillée de l'extérieur, il était donc impossible d'en profiter. Il n'y avait pas de débarbouillette ou essuie main de fourni, juste une serviette et un tapis de bain.

Nice place in a good location!
Pros: Very convenient location - close to the main downtown walking areas with shops and restaurants. Room was a good size for two people, with a nice hot shower and bed. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.
Cons: Not much to say about the property. Would be useful to have the parking recommendation/info before arriving as it was difficult to find a place to stay - the parking garage available was a fair price - 25 for the night.

Great location and great price
Pros: Great location! The staff was incredible once there. Very accommodating to our needs.
Cons: The room was in the basement and I was concerned if a fire in the room how to get out as the windows were to high. We were unable to open the windows as well. Something to look at for safety! Also hard to get in touch with them before arrival but the girl who worked there made up for it when there!
