Pros: The location from the via station was perfect. A single bus ride to hotel which is literally across the street from your stop undrr 10min ride.. Same as above travel from hotel to Bell Center also along this same bus line. Room 717 was incredibly clean, water pressure was great. Only downside no microwave although othervrooms on the floor had one. Other then that the value and location can not be beat. Ill stay here again.

Pros: Loved the location to downtown and the staff were amazing. The hotel was so flexible to add an extra day when our van broke down and we got stuck in Montreal until Monday.

Cons: We would love to use this hotel every time we come into the city, we have three children and would like for us all to be able to share a room. And still have it be very affordable.

Nice place, great sized room - nothing flash.

Pros: It was an very good sized room for the price and readily walkable to a good part of the town. Budget but satisfying

Cons: Bed could be more comfy and the wifi was pretty slow. But neither was enough to detract too much from the stay

Pros: Second time at the hotel. Way easier than the first time.

Cons: There was a demp smell in the room like just open the windows to air it out.

If you go for one or two days, that's enough, because it's a cent and everything is available.

Pros: The bed and towers was very clean and nicely made.

Cons: There were cobwebs all around, there were only 2 large remains, and we were 2 adults and two children. there was no kettle to make tea for the children. Unexpected deposit that needs to be left. There are very few parking spaces, and the entrance to it is quite dangerous, we scratched the car a little, and the parking fee was surprising.

Great location and staff, comfortable but some facilities (shower, electric plugs) need upgrading.

Pros: Staff, location!! Great base for the Jazz fest and exploring other areas - close to subway!!

Cons: Why not use the cafe in the lobby? Would be a nice spot for a quick breakfast

Great...we enjoyed our stay and will return someday.

Pros: What breakfast? The dining room/coffee bar? was 'closed for renovation'. Sad, though. We were looking forward to having breakfast and a good cup of coffee in the morning.

Cons: Not much could be better aside from the out of service dining room. It is a very nice older hotel and with a little love and care, it can be brought back to it's former glory
