Cons: I wish the room would have had a microwave.

Perfect hotel close to Bell centre and very close to 2 metro stations

Pros: Nice room, everything very clean, very kind personal, nice restaurant, even Starbucks inside the hotel lobby ... very tasty breakfast Close to two metro stations, cca 200m Lots of restaurants around

Cons: As I had no idea, i hadn't packed trainers shoes so i was not allowed to the fitness centrum We have been family of 4 in one room and as beds are size 140cm, it was a bit uncomfortable

My stay was amazing, the staff is really nice and accommodating. We didn’t book a NYE reservation at the restaurant prio

Pros: The location is perfect and getting around with uber to major attractions was cheap.

Cons: This does not apply, everything was great.

Pros: Loved the Club Lounge, the accessibility, everything was close. The hotel responded quickly to requests, even late in the evening. The massages were fabulous. Breakfast was a delicious spread, early evening hors d'oeuvres were exceptional. Pool was great, but could be a bit hotter. Wasn't as heated as I expected from the descriptions.

Cons: Only thing we needed to correct was our room charge. Our son is 17 and we were charged for an extra adult.

Great place to stay downtown!

Pros: Location is perfect for a Canadiens game and shopping. We took the train this trip and the station is only a short walk. The rooms are fine. Average hotel rooms that are clean and comfortable. Elevators are fast and plenty - needed on game nights! Lobbies are easy to relax in. Restaurant is small and open concept to the lobby - which could feel more special if not so open. We ate breakfast twice and a Sunday brunch there this trip. Food is a little pricey but good, but since it's served from a kitchen elsewhere it does not arrive hot. We had a lovely waitress all 3 meals who treated us very well however I didn't get her name. All staff were kind and helpful.

Cons: No complaints really. Double bed rooms are actually small double beds. We could have used more towels but it was fine and we could have asked for more if we didn't manage. Noise from the hallways travels easily.

Great Hotel- but 24hr Room Service

Pros: The staff was very courteous and helpful. They are a great indication of the quality of the hotel. Fantastic atmosphere and location.

Cons: The bar closed at 2230 hrs, I couldn't have a nightcap after a great concert. Very disappointing.

Pros: The elevator is fast the atmosphere was amazing and it is very close to the Bell Centre. Very fine hotel.

Cons: Everything was exceptional.

Pros: location was perfect to go to the Bell Centre, quick check-in, room ready early, spacious, beautiful shower

Cons: I have difficulty scanning- was able to order room service dinner with some trouble. Tried to order breakfast at 10:15 but told not available even though the service is supposed to go to 10:30. A phone number as an alternative to ordering online would be appreciated. Found it difficult to eat our of food box- would have appreciated a plate. It felt more like take-out than served a meal in my room.

Definitely recommend for great location with many new facilities.

Pros: Great location, close to metro and many restaurants, cafe and shop nearby. The spacious room had a great bathroom that looked new.

Cons: Minor point that bathroom needs more hooks or rails. The car park was very busy and can run out of space late at night. The air con could be quieter.
