A modern chic stay in the downtown area

Pros: It was very close to the downtown area. Had a really amazing Japanese toilet which was great for the winter season :P

Cons: The TV channels were slightly messed up. As in after a certain cartoon channel the TV would restart again.

Lovely Hotel with great service!

Pros: Lovely hotel in a very central area. Great service and helpful staff. When I contacted them about a Jacket that I had left behind in my room, the lovely concierge, Zacharie, arranged to have it shipped home for me.

Five Stars – A Wonderful Stay!

Pros: My wife and I had a fantastic time at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness of the entire property was outstanding — our room was spotless and well-maintained throughout our stay. The service was equally impressive; every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommended!

Pros: The room was amazing and the staff were very friendly!

Cons: We had asked a few times when we used the valet service to charge our electric PHEV and we noticed that it wasn't charged upon retrieval. It was disappointing as we asked a few times upon checking in both to the Valet and the front staff.

Pros: Everything. The service was top notch, whether at the front desk or room service or the valet. The room was impeccable, and the terrace was very useful. The presence of a first class bar (Bar George) in the hotel was the cherry on top.
