Amazing views, great location!

Pros: We had such a wonderful stay. The property was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and felt incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect and made everything so easy and enjoyable. The staff were kind, attentive, and genuinely caring.

Cons: Stayed for 4nights but on day 3 had to request housekeeping because our room wasn’t being serviced daily. Once requested staff were very helpful and made sure our room wasn’t cleaned etc.

Excellent hotel, very clean and friendly staff

Pros: Room was big. Extremely clean. Room tidied every day during our stay. Would definitely use this hotel again

Cons: Open plan dining. During our February visit, Montreal was cold & while having breakfast I felt it was a little cool while seated. Bedrooms were lovely & warm.

great stay, lots of room for my over size truck to park in the undergorund parking

Pros: Room was amazing, it was much bigger then we expected we had room # 401

Cons: We did not like that the restatunt closed at the time it did We came for the montreal canadians game and had hoped to grab some food before heading up to our room This would have been around 10:00-10:30 pm Approx The bar was open but the kitchen was closed for the night.... maybe on game nights you keep the kitchen open longer

Great modern cleal Hotel..

Pros: Truly a fantastic establishment. Great location near downtown, 3min walk to Bell Center and subway system, very clean, indoor pool, hot tub, gym, easy access indoor parking. Room are spacious and beds very comfortable. Highly recommended

Pros: This is your best option for staying in central Montreal, right next to train/metro/airport bus. Staff was very friendly, especially to our kids and the topfloor pool kept them happy. The onsite restaurant does a good job for both breakfast and dinner/lunch/snackbar so you dont have to run too far. In any case you ve got it all on your doorstep: business, banks, shopping etc etc.

Our stay was excellent and we really loved the hotel,very clean, nicely designed

Pros: Breakfast choice was very good but service slow,we wanted to pay for breakfast on Sept/14/2025 but was ignored,wait and wait and we went to the cashier on the counter to pay,

Cons: organization during breakfast,we had no spoon to stir tea,people next table had no fork,knife or spoon even breakfast was served to them,they had to take from another table and us as well,we used our own Kleenex after breakfast.
