Very close to everything, polite helpful staff

Pros: It was very close to everything, the staff were helpful and polite and anything we requested or needed came very quickly. The TV wasn’t working in our original room and they moved us no problem to one that worked.

Cons: The pillows are quite lumpy and could use an update

Perfect place to stay for visiting Montreal.

Pros: Straight forward check in, room was big, clean, and well stocked. Bed was SO comfortable. The staff at reception were super helpful and friendly. The location is perfect for visiting Montreal. Breakfast was great as well.

Cons: Nothing! Maybe more Nespresso capsules, if I have to be very, very picky. But 2 per day is not bad.

Pros: The room was very comfortable and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the shower was nice. I liked the lotions that are by the sink. The check in and out were easy. Excellent location. I also liked that there was a mini fridge with drinks inside when we arrived.

Cons: It is very expensive. When we went for breakfast we were asked to tip the hostess however she didn't serve us, it was self service. I don't understand that expectation. The check in staff was efficient but not friendly.
