the best location ever

Pros: The best location ever, we feel like in house, thanks Mayra (the restaurant Host) to make our stay confortable (Pura Vida) see you soon

Pros: the bed was extremely comfortable, the room was very nice and clean, the pool and sauna were also nice. the staff was very welcoming.

Cons: we booked a room with a city view. while the room did have a big window with a view, we were hoping that a city view room would be on a higher floor to have a better view. it didn't ruin our stay but was a bit less than what we were expecting. still had a wonderful time.

Enjoyable stay and good city centre location.

Pros: Room was good with nice city view (albeit you had to upgrade to get it). Above a large indoor shopping mall, food hall and bar including 'Eggspectation', fantastic for breakfast, and 'Le Cage' Sports bar for drinks & food

Cons: We didn't get the room serviced one day? A bit of a walk outside in the snow and freezing temperatures to the Bell Centre, which was the main purpose of our stay to watch ice hockey.

Great location downtown. Comfy rooms

Pros: Comfy beds, plenty of space, good view of the city, great location

Cons: No stairs, a long wait for the lifts. Pool opening was quite late, I like an early morning swim.

Pros: This hotel is very comfortable for me and my family, and is in a great location. This is our third time staying here.

Cons: I didn't like that the price was different from what was listed when I booked through Booking.com. On Booking.com, it was $661.66, and they charged me $680.80. It's not a huge difference, but it was still annoying.

Brilliant location and comfy room

Highly recommend for a short trip to Montreal for leisure or business

Pros: Excellent interior and hospitality as well as services available. Close to old city as well. Right on top of a very good shopping mall and easy access to underground city as well

Pros: The staff was very friendly, the view was amazing and the rooms were very clean and comfortable!

Cons: There was a lot of noise from the hall and the adjacent communicating room at times. Particularly the room doors tend to make a lot of noise when they slam shut. There was a fire alarm at 11pm and when we tried to leave as requested, we were unable to leave the floor because the stairs were blocked by people and the evacuation was completely stalled.

Good location, comfortable room

Pros: Good location for restaurants and sightseeing. The staff were helpful and the room was comfortable

Cons: Someone had left some fast food boxes near the lift in our floor one afternoon that were not moved/ collected till the following day

Pros: Well situated to visit local restaurants , go shopping and join walking tours.
