Great stay for a family with kids - excellent location and friendly staff

Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had everything we needed - perfect for a family stay with young children. Kids loved the indoor pool. Very easy walking distance to restaurants and shops

Pros: Everything about the hotel was great. We were surprised by how big the rooms were. We will definitely come back when the Canadians make the playoffs. I hope the pricing stays the same

Cons: A hot tub in the pool area would ha e been amazing. Small issue though not a game changer.

Pros: The breakfast was so-so. See below for details. The location is fabulous. The room was very clean and quiet, but also very dry.

Cons: The breakfast did not offer many healthy choices. It consisted in mostly carbs. The sliced bread was dry. There were no plain unsweetened yogurts or berries. The coffee cups and cereal bowls in the room are way too small. Some of the pillows are hard and uncomfortable. The curtains let too much light in. No fan in the washroom.

Great location with variety of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Pros: The room size was huge. There was a kitchen in the room which was a surprise. Extremely clean, high ceilings which was fabulous. Lovely and warm.

Great loft suite in downtown Montreal

Pros: Large, comfy room with high ceilings. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was large and of quality. Kitchen was well-equipped and new. Suite has a dining table to seat up to 4.

Pros: Loved this hotel, the suite was huge and great to have the kitchen and living room areas separate to the bedroom. lovely and warm during snowy winter, great location, walkable to old town which we loved for New Years. Very handy gym. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Cons: We found the pool a bit busy to use and unsupervised by staff but might just have been the timing. The breakfast is mostly cold continental so not as much value as other included breakfasts but still great to have the option.

Pros: location was excellent-room above expectation-but when we checked out, our bill was incorrect-we were charged more-Good that I reviewed it before Ieft-Still waiting for refund.

Pros: Spacious bathroom and room with high ceilings, the kitchenette was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful, cannot complain about this stay.

My hotel stay on my 1st visit to montreal

Pros: The room was bigger and more spacious than I expected for a studio room. I loved that the had a kitchen with all kitchen facilities and dinning attached.

Cons: I did not like that there was no Netflix app on the TV to connect our Netflix to. The only options we had was to pay for movies.
