Pros: great little chalet (#4), lots of space. comfortable beds, lots of towels. Pre-check in service was amazing, use of text messages was convenient.

Cons: coffee was not brewed when we arrived for breakfast. more options for breakfast. microwave did not work. hot tub was not hot on our 2nd night (but was hot the following morning :) I thought we would have robes in the room but there weren't any.

Relaxing, comfortable.

Pros: Everything !! The text messages asking what temperature we wanted the room to be and what music we liked. When we arrived, we were suprised, temperature was perfect, soft christmas music playing on the tv screen. (What à personal touch)!

Lovely lake side hotel

Pros: Only stayed one night, lovely hotel. Friendly staff and good location near the lake. Comfortable bed and very clean room. Unfortunately restaurant not open, and pool closed for the winter.

Pros: The bungalow was very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Living room and bedrooms were very comfortable also.

Cons: AC was somewhat difficult to regulate.

Pros: What a wonderful experience! Team Rosay was exceptional! Personal touch! So friendly and helpful. Extra special surprise with balloons and a beautiful birthday gift in the room for me

Cons: My elderly mother in law almost fell in the shower. A bathmat might have been helpful.

Perfect for a little getaway.

Pros: Staff were friendly and accommodating. Really cute, cozy room. Love the retro look and the free bikes available. We took 2 bike rides! Nice touch.

Cons: Queen bed was smaller than a queen. But comfortable. Maybe advertise the bed sizes more accurately.

Pros: Les petites maisonnettes sont bien équipées. 2 chambres et deux salles de bain complètes. Les lits sont confortables. Le coin cuisine est aussi bien équipé. Nous avons également accès au spa et au sauna. Le déjeuné nous a été offert gratuitement.

Cons: Le déjeuner est très de base; prévoir votre propre déjeuner.
