Very comfortable overnight stay

Pros: Nice looking building in quiet location. Pretty pool area with plenty of relaxing spots. Pleasant friendly staff.

Cons: In the countryside so unfortunately the usual farm smells on the wind!

Very nice hotel at good price.

Pros: Lovely hotel and grounds. Room and beds comfortable. We stopped off after a flight into Montreal on way to Quebec.

Cons: Nothing it was all excellent.

Pros: The heated outdoor pool with jacuzzi Wery nice dinner

Cons: Light in the room insufficient Temperature in the dining room (far too cold)

Aims for luxury but let down by lack of bell boys/luggage assistance.

Pros: Fabulous restaurant and dining room staff; wonderfully equipped rooms and a turn down service.

Cons: No concierge/bell staff to assist with luggage. No consideration or mention that Rooms 301-310 required us to lift our extensive luggage up a half flight of stairs without assistance.

Nice comfortable hotel, but little atmosphere

Pros: Nice, large family suite with plenty of comfortable beds for a family of five. The indoor pool and outdoor hot tub were very nice with plenty of seating.

Cons: It would have been to have somewhere to get coffee in the foyer area or around the pool...there wasn't life to the hotel, as very few people there, which seemed a little odd. It would have been nice to have breakfast included for the price.

Perfect getaway place close to a national Parc trail

Pros: It has much to offer in a perfect natural environment you forget about your daily life.

Cons: Sometimes it was hard to get the right information

Overall it was good

Pros: The spa and the hot bath outside were great. My massage therapist Laura was phenomenal. Breakfast and dinner were also very good

Cons: I booked through Booking.com and asked for queen size beds and was given double beds at the hotel. When I asked if room could be switched, they did but charged me $59 which I find really bad since it was an error from Booking.com and not the client. And the price I had initially paid was for a room with 2 queen beds so why charge me even more. Poor customer service :( Also there should be staff walking outside to have people be quiet at the aqua detente area. People are so careless and basically shout outside without caring that it's a relaxation place

Pros: Très belle halte confortable entre Montréal et Québec Excellent restaurant (un peu cher) Petit déjeuner exemplaire !! Grand parking ❄️
