Pros: It was a nice ground floor unit with parking at our patio door. Great location, easy to find. Upto date rooms.

Cons: Freezer was dirty. Just a small housekeeping flaw that got overlooked. A little over priced.

Good value close to motorway

Pros: Large bedroom, well equipped and clean - location to motorway as was heading to Toronto. Buffet breakfast fresh and plentiful.

Cons: A lift would have been the icing on the cake...we had a lot of luggage that we preferred not to leave in the car overnight

Overall a pleasant experience with our pet

Pros: I like the feature that the ground rooms have direct access to the parking lot which has made the loading/unloading much easier. The stuff is super nice.

Cons: We stayed for 2 nights and the room was not cleaned after the 1st night which was surprising for me. Also it would be great if there are more options for breakfast.

Pros: Breakfast, cleanliness,comfortable, couch in the room, location . I booked a third night after my first two nights stay. While the young man at the desk couldn't seem to give me a price for that third night, when I seen what I had been charged didn't make any sense...so before leaving the next morning the lady at the desk agreed with me and was able to correct it for me....gave me a very fair rate

Cons: On checking in The young man at the desk told us there was next to no biking available in Trois Rivieres...once informing ourselves we found wonderful trails and ways to get directly to Vieux Trois Rivieres safely. Too bad for the city that he answered us like that.
