Great location, easy highway access and personal service.

Pros: My request for a ground floor room was acknowledged and confirmed within 30 minutes of my reservation. They communicated with me directly by email making it easy to locate when I arrived at the hotel.

Cons: The only issue was the bathtub/shower didn't have accessibility handles which made it difficult to shower.

Pros: Simple but spacious room. Good breakfast. We had a great stay.

Cons: Since it can be important: there is no elevator to the 2nd floor.

A pleasant, well situated, good value hotel.

Pros: The hotel was in a good location for visiting the attractions in the area. The staff were all friendly, interested and helpful. We particularly booked this one as it had laundry facilities but, unfortunately the dryer broke down. The staff immediately took our wet washing and used the hotel's own laundry to dry it.

Cons: This was the first Comfort Inn we used that didn't offer breakfast and there was nothing in the immediate vicinity.

Pros: Breakfast was decent, although would be nice if it started earlier

Cons: Did not follow the pay upon arrival policy agreed upon on the booking.com website. Took full payment a month before arrival with no warning.

Pros: Breakfast was good and fresh. Location little bit far from center city.

Pros: The staff were willing to help us when we arrived to find out that the room had been changed to queen size beds instead of our request for a king size bed room.

Cons: Our room was changed by booking.com to two queen size beds instead of the king size bed we has requested. We were not able to contact anyone to find out why..

I would return for sure the next time I am in Boucherville area.

Pros: The breakfast was good, the room was very clean and value was exceptional. I stayed the night before in Toronto at a hotel 3x the price and the value was not there. The room was dirty so I asked to change the room, the parking was $40 for an overnight stay and the breakfast was not included and was a whopping $35. The Comfort in had a free breakfast that included eggs, toast, yogurt, sausage patties and a waffle maker which was great, the room was spotless, the parking was included and plentiful. I would definitely recommend the hotel.

Cons: Nothing. I think that the comfort in was a great motel. The check-in process was easy-breezy, the hotel staff were helpful with recommendations on what was close for our needs and finally the room was clean. I could not ask for more for the price we paid. I would only recommend to go to breakfast early if you want eggs or sausage because the tray was not very large but that is a pretty insignificant problem.

Pros: The breakfast was awesome. The room clean and comfy. I loved that you now have bottles of shampoo and conditioner in the shower, less waste. Was a great stay.
