Clean and comfortable hotel in a good location.

Pros: Very welcoming, good breakfast, kitchen area and location.

Cons: Not much. Some minor freshening up of some fixtures, perhaps offer unsweetened yogurt for breakfast, lack of an ice machine.

Great stay in the Plateau neighborhood

Pros: Great location for exploring one of Montreal's most interesting neighborhoods. Our stay included an excellent breakfast. The host and staff were very helpful and friendly. And there is an awesome terrace on the roof!

Cons: The kitchenette facility was a bit limited. No laundry facility (as I recall). Strong smell of chlorine from the adjoining spa may bother sensitive noses (I thought it just smelled clean!)

Great place to stay with kids

Pros: Great Location, friendly staff and great room to travel with a kid.

Pros: Well located, friendly staff, patient with my novice French which I insisted upon speaking although they offered to switch to English, just really cosy and amazing rooftop deck, peaceful, beautiful murals, lots of choice at breakfast, comfy room with kitchen facilities, what's not to love? Loved the flexi-policy which allowed my friend to join me in the room for a few nights and reasonably priced parking for her car.

Cons: I hadn't lost my favourite underwear somewhere in the room - I think it was spirited away by a great grandparent or something as I searched the room and my case and couldn't find it anywhere despite having had it in my hand just minutes before. Nobody was in the room. Spooooky.

Pros: Clean and convenient. Staff were great. Loved the rooftop patio. Will be back.

Pros: The location was excellent and loved St Denis area in general to discover. We utilized the paid parking at the hotel which was the best choice and a suberb option to have. i dont remember if it was highlighted at booking... and should be because it made our stay that much more convenient and peace of mind that our car was taken care of...

Cons: interested in spa but when we asked about it (later in evening to possibly book the next day, front desk staff only told us the hours of the spa but didn't attempt to help or book for the next day?

Nice hotel with all comfort you need

Pros: The room was quite large with a small kitchen (it was for 5 adults). We enjoyed the breakfast. We also went to the SPA which is very nice (to be noted that you have to pay extra for the SPA access). There is a very nice rooftop terrace

Pros: The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The location is fabulous. Close to everything- walking is great and there is a protected bike lane right on St Dennis. A Metro station is right across the street. Close to pedestrianized streets. Excellent restaurants close by. The free breakfast was really good. The hotel has a fabulous rooftop patio !

Cons: The front door does not have an accessibility button. We were very surprised about this. Often the front door is open which is really great. But if it is not open, it is more difficult to bring in luggage and bicycles.

Pros: Spacious, well equipped, comfortable and restaurants/ bars enough in the area.

Cons: The room can use some finishing touches, some lightbulbs burnt out, ceiling lamp hanging loose and not working.
