Pros: Pretty much everything. The atmosphere, the smiling staff, the accommodations, the location and the restaurant were great.

Cons: Room 102. Our only concern was the inability to completely close the curtains. Lots of light spilling in from the outdoor lights at night and then when the sun comes up. Curtain rods that have 90 degree ends on them would allow the curtains to go back in toward the window frame space and would easily solve this.

Perfect spot for a three day visit to Montreal.

Pros: Fantastic boutique hotel in a lovely location. We enjoyed meals in both of the restaurants - high quality food and great service so we didn’t feel the need to go further afield in the evenings.

Cons: There are a few stairs to some of the rooms so beware if you have heavy bags. No parking on site but the valet service is worth it.

Central located hotel with old allure

Pros: The location is great; very central. The building has history. We had a great room, spacious and very clean. The bed was a dream. The staff helpfully & friendly. A shout out to Nicolas - working at the bar. The way he treats guests is an example to others.

Cons: The elevator needs to be renewed. Possibility for late check out would be a good extra option.

Located in heart of old town

Pros: The hotel is located on a great central spot in old town. Room had a good view on the old port. It was clean.

Cons: Incheck at 4 pm is too late. Unfortunate they don’t offer early (paid) check-ins or -outs.

Wonderful stay

Pros: The location is beautiful and convenient if you’re a tourist. It was my second time staying here and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The hotel is clean and charming, comfortable beds, quiet rooms.

Pros: The position was terrific. The bedroom was very quiet and the bed was really comfortable. The staff members were friendly and attentive and created a lovely relaxed atmosphere.

Charming and looking forward to come again!

Pros: This was to me the best find of the year. Loved it so much I already booked it again for my next Montreal trip. Excellent location, beautiful and clean rooms, very comfortable bed and one of my favorite toiletries brand (Le Labo). Wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone who wants to make most of Montreal.
