The Mercer Boutique Hotel

Pros: A very nice apartment, nice with the exposed brick. Good location for Old Montreal and the Bell Centre. Staff were helpful and responsive.

Very functional place in old Montreal

Pros: Spacious, clean, functional and central. Free indoor parking available in garage nearby.

Great! But...

Pros: I liked that it was close to a grocery store. The guys that were at the desk were great and we felt very safe.

Cons: Just a few little things. We were there in the winter and our feet were always cold. The kitchen was a great feature but there were no pans to put things in the oven

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Mercer. Everything was absolutely perfect , the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Old Montréal, within walking distance of amazing restaurants, cafés, and historic sites. The cleanliness deserves special mention: the room was spotless, very well maintained, and extremely comfortable. Another big plus is the parking included , which is very convenient and stress-free, especially when staying downtown. Overall, an excellent hotel with great comfort, cleanliness, and an ideal location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montréal.

Pros: We loved the location; prime location for old Montreal. It was modern; had 2 toilets and washing machine & dryer. We were 3 A & 1 teenager. It served us very well. Car parking was included which was very handy.Staff very very helpful.

Cons: Car park was a bit of a walk in the freezing cold but couldn’t have done without it.

Pros: The appartement is well equipped. The electrical appliances are new. Location is brilliant to access to old town.

Cons: The description on booking.com doesn't match the real situation. It says there are 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the flat. In fact , there is only one bedroom with 1 double bed, the other small bed is in the living room next to the sofa. The second bathroom is just a toilet.

Excellent stay highly recommend

Pros: Great location, 24 hour reception, clean, quite, comfortable bed. Great facilities separate bedroom and very big living dinning area with additional bed. Had a washer dryer. We’re really accommodating gave us a free late check out for the baby and supplied a cot. Highly recommend. Free parking too and check in was easy - supermarket near by so many pros. Don’t really understand the bad reviews we loved it.

Cons: Nothing. The booking.com listing is misleading but that’s booking.com fault as they need to ensure it’s advertised as 1 bedroom and 1 living area.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The place is beautifully decorated and the staff are very kind and helpful. The only issue I had was with the white florescent hew of all the pot lights.. The lights in the hallways are all yellow and gorgeous but the bedroom lights are white it gives a sterile hospital-like vibe. We asked for a few table lamps instead and that really changed the vibe for us. That would be the only thing I will ask the hotel to consider changing.

Pros: A lovely, spacious apartment in a great location for some superb restaurants and shopping.
