Pros: Appartement agréable, sans bruit, lumineux bien équipé et propre, lit confortable. Localisation en plein centre avec parking payant juste à côté du bâtiment.

Cons: Les canapés ne sont absolument pas confortables une fois transformés en lit. Attention pas d'ascenseur, gérable mais il faut le savoir si l'on a des bagages lourds ..
