As soon as I arrived the staff was very friendly and helpful with assisting me 1) it is a new hostel , the place is spotless with very nice renovations , very cosy, they have everything you need here 2) central location right un the middle of downtown, right near the metro is very convenient 3) The vibe and energy of the place and people are 10/10 4) The breakfast is amazing 5) Well underpriced for the value of the stay 1 strongly recommended to any body passing through Montreal to check out this accommodation 10/10

Splendide!

Pros: L'emplacement, l'accueil, Paul, Alberto et Adrien sont souriants très sympathiques et toujours à l'écoute des besoins des clients! L'endroit est très bien géré. Très près du métro guy. L'intérieur est très joli, bien aéré et d'une propreté impeccable! Salon avec vue sur de vieux bâtiments, toilettes modernes, cuisine très bien équipée, chambre, literie, confort! Près de la rue Sainte Catherine avec tous ses restaurants, services, bars! On y parle au moins trois langues. Merci à toutes l'équipe on se revoit à l'été 2026!

10/10 experience, new favourite montreal hostel :)

Pros: very close to everything, the layout was cool, the building itself was charming, the bathrooms and rooms were incredibly clean, the staff were super helpful and flexible, and it’s literally the best breakfast i’ve had from a hostel.

Cons: a bit of a workout to climb the stairs but that’s to be expected for an older building, and the staff were happy to help with my bags

Tranquille, Chaleureux et un service IMPECCABLE

Pros: Bien sûr, l’attention au détail, propre et bien situé, c’est une réalité et non un slogan. Le personnel est poli, professionnel, et même multilingue, français, anglais, espagnol, et même mandarin (oui), difficile de se sentir perdu ! Le personnel se donne vraiment à fond pour que chaque client se sente bien accueilli. Pas de sourire en plastique ni de regard vers la caisse — ici on est là pour vous, et ça se sent. J’ai même vu des clients vouloir se prendre en photo avec les membres du personnel avant de partir pour l’aéroport tellement ils étaient contents — et ça, ça ne s’achète pas. J’ai pu travailler tranquillement sans être dérangé une seule fois, ce qui m’a donné envie de prolonger. Je recommande fortement, sans hésitation.
