Capsule Hotel Montreal

Pros: the location, pods themselves were so cute and cozy especially on a snowy winter night

Cons: the machines from which you could buy basic toiletries were broken

Pros: The snacks could be alot better and better pricing. Other than that it was perfection. Best sleep I've had in years!

Perfect hostal for solo travelling

Pros: Ideally located hostal, safe capsules and nice employees

Cons: Nothing. Maybe a place to store coats would be nice but actually the employees helped me with it

Pros: The capsule hotel exceeded my expectations. Very classy, well equipped, comfortable to sleep in. The toilets were clean and the facilites and lockers were excellent. Staff was very friendly.

Cons: I think there is some issue with how the hotel appears online - I ubered to the wrong hostel although there is no mention that I could see of there being two capsule hotels being run by the same company. My booking was for the other one. Another issue is the entry into the capsule - where the knee meets the mattress it is quite thin and hard and a little hard to crawl on. These are minor gripes. Another thing is that the smell of all the combined shoes left outside of the capsules was quite awful at night although it always smelled great after housekeeping had come and gone. The smell also does not filter into the capsules.

Pros: Good overall location, capsule was great, very cool concept. You get a towel and slippers if you dont have any. There are big and small lockers for your stuff, everything is opened by a keycard so you dont even need a lock.

Cons: Everything was sooooo loud so I couldnt sleep for my whole stay. People coming in and out, opening and closing of the capsules, everythig was extremelly loud. Also the mattress in the capsule was super thin so I had the feeling Im sleeping on a hard surface after some time. The lights on the light panel in the capsule couldnt be turned off so it was bothering me to sleep - the only option was to turn off the power completely, which means that also the capsule door gets opened. Also, there were only 2 toliets on 20something capsules which I think is not nearly enough.

Nice and cosy stay

Pros: I really enjoyed my stay. The capsule are nice and cosy. The neighbourhood is really nice and vibrant, really close to most of the attractions in the city.

Cons: I knew that the kitchen was not well equipped but it functional enough

Pros: A lot better than what I expected! The capsules have a good size and it’s perfect if you prefer to have your privacy but still want to be in shared accommodation. I highly recommend it!

Pros: Great position, great comfort for the price. Management is good and cleanliness, privacy and comfort of bed went beyond my expectations. Recommended for a quick trip.

Cool concept

Pros: The capsules are a cool concept, very similar to what I've experienced in Japan. They are very spacious and comfortable inside. The facilities/amenities were all good, and I liked the two lockers each person had access to using their key card. It is also located in a lively location that's easily walkable to all the main areas of town.

Cons: The doors of my capsule were quite temperamental, I struggled to open them at times and ended up sleeping with them partially open. The lock system is a bit unnerving if you're clostrophobic, I think just regular doors would be better. They're also quite noisy, all through the night you'd hear the beeping of people unlocking their capsules. And there are lights inside the capsules that stay on all night if you're charging your devices, they were quite hard to sleep with.

Pros: The location is nice, the staff is friendly! The beds were fine for me as well!

Cons: The showers and toilets weren't always clean. Its flooding in the shower sometimes.
