Love it, would visit again

Pros: It was my first time staying at a hostel and honestly I didn’t expect much but the place was really good. It was really clean and neat and everything was new

Cons: Free breakfast

Great value for money. Maybe the best in Canada.

Pros: Very well thought out layout. Private even in larger dorms. Clean and well appointed kitchen. Great location. Excellent value for money.

Cons: Rooms could get a bit cold for my task. Warmer blankets would be nice. Not a deal breaker though.

Pros: Everything was good, big rooms, looking like a flat,close to subway

Best hostel I’ve ever been stayed at

Pros: Cleanliness is fantastic, friendly atmosphere, cheap buffet breakfast available, storage for bags felt secure, huge shared kitchens. Public transport options very close to hostel. I will absolutely be staying here again.

Cons: The area can be a bit sketchy but that comes with being near the Downtown part of a city. Make sure you bring your own body wash & laundry detergent.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and the facilities both clean and high-quality. I appreciated that there was a curtain around each bed for privacy.

M Hotel Gets My Vote

Pros: Definitely my favourite hostel in Montreal so far. Summer months are best. The duffle bags with bedding and towel at check in is a nice touch to keep things clean and separate. Atmosphere is friendly and bubbly, with well thought out open spaces to relax. Staff are professional, responsive and helpful ( Thank you to the lovely security guys that tried to help me rescue my phone from the washer). Design of the hostel with glass around some of the original architecture was smartly done. The breakfast buffet (albeit at extra cost), jaccuzi and open patio, coin laundry, self serve kitchen, cafetria style dining areas, and club amenities are all great options for the incredible prices. The shared facilities and especially bathrooms are maintained, and provided privacy. And lastly, but more importantly, clear policy rules and social guidelines made my experience feel more at home. Best hostel in Canada!

Pros: This hostel is amazing! Everything feels very new and clean. The bunk beds are super spacious and comfortable, I especially liked all the little shelves. It was nice having a bathroom just for our dorm room and it was never too busy. The staff are also super friendly and quick to help. Location wise, you're right by downtown and stations for public transport, so you never have to walk too far. I'd absolutely recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Montreal!

Cons: Someone in my room sounded very sick, which was a bit unnerving, but I know the hostel can't do anything about that.

Overall great hostel

Pros: Very clean place, the shared rooms were quite spacious and in great condition.

Cons: Prior to my arrival there was an issue with the system being hacked to send emails to the guests in order to obtain the CC information which the staff just brushed off, that felt a bit off.

Pros: Great premises including everything. Exceeds expectations in all aspects. Beautiful relaxing rooftop terrace. Best dorm bed ever. Gentle reception team.

Had a really good time. The hostel was exactly as promised and in many points even better
