A good place to stay.

Pros: The location was very convenient for me. 5-10 minutes walk from St Laurent Metro. The staff were friendly. Can be a long wait for the lift. Room a good size. Generally quiet. Bed comfortable. Very good storage. Shower and WiFi good , as was the breakfast.

Cons: Waiting for the lift.

Good central base for sight seeing.

Pros: Central. Walking distance to many places. Room / studio was clean and spacious. Reception area comfortable with lots of seated areas. Staff friendly and helpful.

Cons: No bar area. Or anywhere to get coffees. Didn’t try the breakfasts.

Great location and a pleasant stay

Pros: The location was great, the room was spacious and comfortable and the staff were really friendly and cooperative.

Cons: The room was nice, but the lighting wasn’t great. It had only one lamp beside the bed, which made it hard to see my stuff, especially at night.

comfortable and great location

Pros: the location is great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good too. Love the homemade croissants! And the beds are very comfortable and the room was spacious. Nice hotel for center of city.

Cons: we booked the loft room and the picture we saw was what we hoped to get. We did not know that there are several loft rooms and that we should have asked for a corner loft room for all the windows and unique space. Also we doin't think the parking should cost so much per day. Just adding some colorful pillows and a throw would make the room better than all grey and white.

Pros: Location is a plus; personal staff was professional and helpful. Room design is great. Would come back again for a value price.

Cons: Even I stated the goods the area might be perceived sketchy. Lobby might be improved or redesigned to give a more updated look. Staff was professional and helpful.

Quick little get away

Pros: Location was perfect! Very close to all things you need. The staff were very helpful as well.The rooms are just the right size with bar fridges etc in them. Beds are comfortable and room was clean.

Cons: All in all pretty good value for your dollar.

Pros: Location Fridge and microwave in room. Room was compact but nice, view from 12th floor was great. Nice toiletries in bathroom. Ok gym for a hotel Reasonable price

Cons: Long wait for elevator. Bathroom quite small and toilet very low. Personal information requested to access TV.
