Travelodge by Wyndham Montreal Centre

Affordable option for staying in Montréal

Pros: The room rates were very affordable and breakfast was included with my booking. Although the room was small there was enough storage space for my luggage. The port of Montreal and downtown Montreal are all within walking distance.

Neat but compact, great location.

Pros: Great location. Modern TV that you can cast to. Comfy bed, pillows were ok. The aircon/heater was easy to use. Tiny bathroom but did the job

Cons: The room is very compact, perfect for one person, but you would trip over each other if you had suit suitcases let alone hand luggage. The light is horrendous, two switches underneath the light fitting . Try finding that in the dark when housekeeping haven't left them on so the don't work with the main switch at the door. - the bathroom ventilation is very loud, so you can't use the light in there for extra light in the room.

Montreal for Tourists in Winter.

Pros: The breakfast was great so we didn't have to venture outside in the cold. Staff were very courteous especially at breakfast.

Cons: The room was small is about the only complaint...not sure if all rooms are that size. Nothing wrong for a one night stay, but over a few days, it can be a little cramped.

Nice to meet Montreal

Pros: The location is very convenient if you want a connected area; many options are just a few steps away. Even though the rooms are small, it is a great place to stay, very quiet and clean.

Cons: If I compare it with other hotels in the city, the breakfast is available at the hours described, but the options are limited and repetitive.

Travelodge Downtown Montreal

Pros: Everything especially the location Everything i needed was within walking distance

Cons: A few more street dwellers/panhandlers than I expected

Pros: Good hotel and clean, our twin rooms were quite small though, and especially the bathrooms were a tight squeeze. Nice gym, breakfast was as expected just ok. For the price it was ok for a night in Montreal.

Great Location!

Pros: Fantastic location! Close to Old Montreal, 15 minute walk from the train station, 5 minute walk to Metro station, and a grocery store across the street. Staff were polite and efficient. Bed, linen and towels were comfortable. Shower was hot, and a good choice for continental breakfast.

Cons: The room was very compact, but fine for one person. I could hear a high pitched noise at times. Not sure if it was plumbing in other rooms? My sister and I had requested rooms next to each other, and although we were told before our arrival that would be accommodated, we were not near each other.

Pros: The location was great as walked most of time, staff friendly and helpful, beds comfortable

Cons: Room was very dark and little water pressure in the shower

Pros: Centrally located and close to public transport. Walking distance to shopping centers as well. There is a supermarket just across the road which makes it very convenient. Bed was comfortable.

Cons: Room was a bit small, so not much space - good for short stays.
