Pros: The location.. Eaton shopping mall was less than 5 minutes walk away .

Cons: The fact that I couldn’t Park my pick up at the hôtels parking . Had to Park a little away from the hôtel

Pros: Our stay at the Best Western Ville-Marie Hotel & Suites was enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were clean and well maintained, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. Staff were welcoming and helpful, adding to the overall experience. I would recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area.

Pros: The room was clean and the bed was comfy enough. The indian restaurant in the hotel has delicious food!

Cons: Parking - The parking offered was full and really over priced. We parked at the indigo lot a block up and it was less than half the price.

Pros: The receptionists were welcoming, the environment was clean and calm and provided us just what we needed

Cons: The fact drinking water wasn't made available in the rooms

Pros: Nice location, spacious rooms and everything you need (like food, nice coffee spots and slight hike) are close to the hotel. Rooms exceeded our expectations and the staff was really good.

Pros: The room was clean. The location was close to many metro/bus stops and in walking distance of the touristic streets.

Cons: Very expensive parking, $38 +tax ! Already saw few reviews for expensive parking but the hotel management don't care. 4 star hotel and no liquid soap . cheaper motels use liquid soap,it's 2025 . Fridge- no frizer area ,need for travelers. Need to do something about the smell ,in the lobby Indian restaurant all the smell all over the flors(was on 19 floor and still felt the smell)

Good location for exploring Montreal by walking or metro.

Pros: Comfy beds and shower power. Good room space.staff attentive and helpful.

Cons: Wanted to borrow some plates and knife to eat fruits but not available to borrow unless in the restaurant. Seems different management.
