Nice hotel, unfortunately no bill containing the amount of money paid to booking.com

Pros: Extremely friendly staff, nice room, excellent restaurant, very nice gym with fittness equipment from Technogym

Cons: The only thing which I disliked was: the hotel did not provide me with a bill containing the amount of money paid to booking.com (although I explained to them several times that I need such a bill)

Pros: Staff was exceptional and the restaurant in the hotel was just amazing too.

Cons: Gym is really small and lacking equipements for a 5 stars hotel,you can't get a good training in there.

Pros: Always a great hotel for a perfect stay in Montreal. Everything is super clean, fresh, and the check in takes a minute. I've stayed here many times :)

Pros: The rooms are finished to a high standard and spacious We stayed over new year, even when the lobby was busy the hotel floors and rooms were quiet Rooms are well stocked and you get a bottle of water daily which is appreciated Comfy beds and pillows

Cons: Room requests are a bit slow e.g request for kettle and extra large cups Cleaning services remove items which is annoying, both our large cups and glasses were not cleaned and returned but removed. Concierge man was not very helpful
