Lovely stay

Pros: Lovely hotel pleasant helpful staff. Great location for old Montreal and Mont Royal park

Cons: Nothing we didn't like

Pros: The location is perfect on Sherbrooke West, the most prosperous avenue in Canada, and close to the shopping and sightseeing spots. Staff very helpful.

Lovely stay with room overlooking Mont Royal.

Pros: Very well located. Staff very helpful. The gym is very good too with lots of equipment. Beautiful view of Mont Royal.

Pros: Big enough bathroom and roll away bed was welcomed.

Cons: Housekeeping knocking at door at 9am when we wanted to sleep in after a late night out.

Pros: I had a room with a lovely view that I think was the best thing. Location was good too.

The hotel staff made this a great place to stay and the location is excellent.

Pros: Loved the location. Everything is walkable From here. Welcoming environment. Felt safe and comfortable. Coffee in the lobby first thing, fresh iced water with citrus fruits and bowls of apples daily. Nice touches. Reception staff, concierge, bar staff all very helpful and charming. Big room, lots of space, and storage, big bathroom lovely view of the moline and river beyond.

Cons: Bath plug was so limescaled that it didn’t close. Even after maintenance came, it only partially closed. A shame - I like the option of a bath. Decor is not very modern. Probably due a freshen up but it was clean and priced accordingly. The restaurant is often closed at dinner time meaning you have to eat at the bar. Same food, good service, but not quite the same eating from a low table! We dined out most of the time though. Loads of good options close by. I wouldn’t take the taxi from the valet. There’s no quality check and our taxi was old and hot, with a driver who had both hands off the wheel juggling multiple devices in moving traffic. Better off with an Uber.

Amazing service, and overall a beautiful hotel

Pros: The hotel was so accommodating and even gave us a race program and sunscreen as a gift because we were there for the F1 Grand Prix weekend! They constantly gave us water and chocolates and made our beds. The staff were also so kind to us. The room was also amazing and the beds were very comfortable. It was easily one of my favourite hotels I have ever stayed at!

Great hotel and a high quality room

Pros: Location was good and easy to get around. Were given a high floor so view over to the park was excellent

The staff are exceptional, and go the step beyond to make your stay remarkable.
