Great Overnight Stay in Montreal

Pros: Free room upgrade and free breakfast, which was unexpected. Super friendly staff and room was very clean. Excellent location.

Cons: New room faced onto busy street and soundproofing could have been better. But we managed fine.

Lovely hotel

Pros: Great location near the Metro was easy to get from airport on the bus then the metro . Reception staff very friendly told us several restaurants to go to. Let us have our room later. Lovely coffee in room and tea provide all day in breakfast room. Breakfast was ok.

Pros: Clean, spacious and quiet room. Met all our requirements for a one night stay.

Very pleasant hotel in a convenient part of Montreal.

Pros: Chateau Versailles is a very pleasant hotel and we had a comfortable stay. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were excellent as well. It was a (pleasant) surprise when we found that our rate included a pretty good continental breakfast as well.

Cons: We probably should have read the information better but the fact that there is no way up from the street level other than quite a long flight of stairs was a bit of a downer. To be fair, the hotel offered to send someone down to collect our bags but we decided to do it ourselves.

Pros: Went there for the summer for my US embassy interview and its a 15 min walk from the hotel. Subway station or metro is very close (Guy concordia) I found the neighborhood as safe as well. Staff were very approachable, helpful and accommodating. Most especially Sandra who was at the reception.

Great value and good location

Pros: Great location, very friendly staff, nice big King size bed, clean quiet room and the breakfast was included in all rooms, it's basic buffet, but good variety of choices considering and it'll set you up for a good day

Cons: Lots of stairs, probably not suitable for everyone although we had no problems
