Everything was perfect.

Pros: The comfort of the bed, Friendlyness of staff at check in. The overall look of the hotel: everything is very beautiful. The amenties of the room: choice of cofee, bluetooth speaker, large shower, smart tv. The temperature of the room was warm when we arrived.

Excellent location nice hotel

Pros: This hotel is in a good location and is very comfortable. The hotel restaurant/bar was very nice and we had a very enjoyable meal. We had a nice room and stayed 3 nights.

Cons: Sadly our room was not cleaned on the last 2 nights which I can completely live with but our coffee facilities were not replenished and this is more annoying and a fundamental of a hotel stay.

Pros: The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean and spacious. I chose the hotel because it was only a couple minute walk to shopping. We had breakfast the next morning - lots of options and all delicious!

Pros: Double bed room was spacious,clean and comfortable. Location excellent - within walking distance of many restaurants, shopping and attractions. Birthday treat done well and staff attentive.

Cons: The corridors and rooms lit darkly. Breakfast included in room rate would have been a better value!

Bon hôtel bien placé et central pour visiter Montréal

Pros: Hôtel assez design, propre et central pour visiter Montréal. La taille des chambres est bonne (nous avions 2 lits doubles) et les lits sont confortables.

Cons: Le personnel au petit-déjeuner était un peu lent et nous aurions aimé avoir un buffet plutôt qu'un petit-déjeuner à la carte

Small hotel with top class amenities!

Pros: Location Location Location! Feels like a boutique hotel, feels like home. Was in suite 204 for most of my stay, which was very comfortable, Murphy bed very comfortable, great desk by the window to work. Enjoyed the great restaurant on site, where I invited guest my last night to join me, ended up spending about $700 on food / drinks during my stay. Already reserved for Sept 7 to 12 as my home base for my next business trip.

Pros: Very nice hotel, aesthetically pleasing to look at and the location was A+ excellent! Everything was walking distance and the staff were friendly. Third time returning back when visiting from Toronto to come here. Thank you!

Cons: The TV was extremely slow in room 703. It kept shutting off and turning black. This was the last room that we booked on a whim, because, everything was already booked, however the TV took million of years and there was no AC or very little air flow. We were both melting in the day/night. I would also prefer the washroom to be double checked as there was still dirt scum and hair in the little corners that is clearly visible.
