Pros: Very nice and comfortable, wonderful Christmas decoration, snow outside, beautiful bathroom, spacious room.

Cons: The fireplace is a really nice touch, but despite it being -20C outside it really quickly made the room into an oven!

Lovely stay in a good spot. Comfortable rooms and friendly staff

Pros: The property was beautiful, with a cool vibe to it. Staff were very friendly

Cons: My only complaint was that the toiletries provided in the bathroom were of a very poor quality. Made our skin feel terrible and was not in line with the luxurious feel of the hotel

Simply magical 💫

Pros: From the moment you walk into Hotel Birka you enter a magical place where the atmosphere and decor are stunning and are matched by the front desk service which is exemplary. Our room was beautifully and comfortably furnished with so many lovely, period features combined with modern technology of the spacious bathroom. The team even created a special moment for us for our anniversary as we entered the room and the surprise was both touching and warmly welcome. Hotel Birk is perfectly placed to explore stunning Montreal and we were not far from the train station to visit Quebec and return to Toronto. Thank you to Renaud Gilbert and all the wonderful kind staff at Hotel Birk for making this leg of our anniversary trip such a memorable and magical stay 💫💖🇨🇦

Pros: This hotel is fantastic. Above all expectations in every category. The staff is professional and welcoming. The hotel lobby is prestigious and classy. The rooms are spacious and clean. Hotel Birks is the symbol of excellence, luxury while being a landmark institution in Montreal.

Stunning hotel

Pros: An absolutely fantastic hotel which was beautifully decorated for Christmas. My wife and I stayed here for two nights at the end of our holiday and absolutely loved the hotel. The staff were all incredibly friendly & helpful - also allowed us to store our large luggage at the hotel 3 days prior to our arrival (so we didn't have to take it with us on the train to Quebec)

Pros: The restaurant staff were ok overall, however during our second visit we felt quite rushed, which slightly impacted the experience. That said, the host was absolutely wonderful and truly stood out. Their warmth, attentiveness and genuine hospitality made both of our dining experiences special and memorable, and they were a real highlight of our time at the restaurant.

Pros: It is a well located Hotel, in the center of Montreal.

Cons: Few features was below what we can expect from a 5 stars category Hotel.but still a good Hotel. There is not much relax spaces to sit with visitors in the Hotel.
