Pros: Beautiful hotel with great facilities! Onsite pool, jacuzzi etc is a wonderful touch. very friendly staff who are more than willing to help. Also in a great location, easily access most areas/tourist attractions! 100% recommend

Pros: Great location, beautiful interior, friendly staff and felt very much at home

Cons: The noise from the just for laughs concert was loud inside the room

A mixed bag. Beautiful hotel but the doorman in the restaurant took the shine off it

Pros: A beautiful hotel with staff who were mainly very helpful and pleasant.

Cons: The doorman at the restaurant on the top floor restaurant was rude and dismissive. He displayed a very different attitude and approach to the remainder of the staff we encountered.

Cons: It's in a bit of a sketchy part of town where lots of homeless are day and night.
