Delta Hotels by Marriott Montreal

Pros: It was a really family friendly atmosphere. The food was great. Staff were extremely helpful.

Comfort in the heart of downtown Montreal.

Pros: The hotel is located walkable distance from a lot of the stores and restaurants that we wanted to visit. We felt very safe walking around at night and we were always 20 to 30 mins away by foot. I really liked that the hotel was very pet friendly, they even provided us a spacious room. My puppy had ample room to run around! The cleaning staff was very friendly as well. Also, the restaurant staff provided my puppy with cooked veggies and egg (for a price). They did not have to do that but they did even on a busy night. I really appreciated that!

Cons: I did not like the the distance I need to walk from entering the hotel lobby to the elevator. The carpet in the room was a brown colour and wasn't very appeasing to the eye or the feet to be completely honest. Maybe switch it out for hardwood if its a pet friendly room? The balcony was dusty and and could have used a sweep.

Beautiful

Pros: Even though I was in belief of two connected rooms with two double bed each and I got 1 but clean spacious and my kids loved it very friendly stuff .

Good but some improvements needed for great

Pros: Staff were very friendly and welcoming, room was large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. Amenities were great, 24h gym, pool, and restaurants on site.

Cons: The restaurant charged me for breakfast that was included in the stay, so luckily I caught that before checking out or it would have cost me an extra $70. The TV in the room was so far away from the bed, we couldn't watch it, and the attach your device to stream didn't work which was unfortunate. Lastly, the carpet in the room wasn't flat which we kept tripping over.

Pros: Outstanding service by the hotel personnel, at the reception and at the breakfast area. The hotel's location was perfect for us.

Nice

Pros: The service was very good. I arrived at the hotel at 11 a.m. after a 13-hour flight. The front desk staff was very understanding and arranged for the check-in. Thoughtful!

Cons: Sheets, quilts, etc. need to be replaced, because it‘s been too long.

Pros: I traveled with my golden retriever and upon check-in the staff adored my pup and even gave her a goodie bag with treats, a ball and waste bags. I loved this little touch. Thank you for making our stay that much better! Those little touches go a very long way with me.

Solid place to stay

Pros: Staff was friendly, kindly kept our bags behind the counter after checkout. Breakfast was good with large portions. Pool was nice and location was good.

Cons: Wish I was made aware that cots were not avalible as I had mentioned it multiple times when booking but was told it was against policy at check-in. Weird we had to ask for furniture for the balcony.

Perfect for family

Pros: Perfect location for public transport and visit everywhere till late night
