A very pleasant stay in a great location with friendly staff. Comfy beds! I will certainly return!

Pros: I had a splendid stay— the bed was comfy and the staff very friendly and helpful

Cons: It would be nice to be able to adjust the temperature in the room (turn the temperature down a bit for sleeping )…

Simple, functional and safe place with good accessibility to Downtown Montréal.

Pros: The location, space (1-bed suite with 1 bed and 1 sofa bed) and accommodating-nature of the staff.

Friendly staff and good value

Pros: The staff were very helpful. We arrived very early and they helped move all our luggage- into one of their offices and when we left the next day they helped load the car. The breakfast which was unexpected was included- it was basic - continental but more than sufficient. Breakfast room very busy so plan to go early. Walking distance to most places but really a short uber around to central tourist areas. I would stay here again as it was good value for what we paid and close to what we needed.

Cons: Parking for larger cars was paid and across the street. I think that next time parking outside is a possibility but in the snow and being a foreign driver I paid the fee and it was as per expecting as explained when I booked - so no problem with that.

Cozy and comfortable days at the hotel

Pros: Good breakfast, clean room and washroom, comfortable bed. Big room spaces, free access to the indoor pool and gym.

Cons: A bit far from downtown if you want to go Walking, but still close if you drive or take an uber.

Pros: I stayed with my cat and my husband for a few days. The room was comfortable and spacious, like a studio, with a fully functional mini kitchen.

Cons: The breakfast is not good, the same options every day, very simple, and the structure for picking up the food is not functional, there is nowhere to rest the tray while we pick up the food. They did not refund the extra fee I paid at check-in, as was informed.

Pros: The staff was very freindly and very accommodating.

Perfect for family extended stay.

Pros: The location was perfect just steps away from McGill University. The room is big and comfortable, with a nice mountain view.

Cons: Check in was late after 5 pm and late check out was only till 1 pm.

Pros: The room is quite spacious and has all the amenities you need for your stay.

Cons: The cleaning lady is a bit rude when she asks if you need the service, and when she saw us leaving, she asked how we had left the room.

Great hotel in the heart of Montreal

Pros: Really comfortable room, great location, delicious breakfast, wonderful staff and great views.

Cons: Would have been great for breakfast to end a little bit later.

Pros: Lovely and well-equipped one-bedroom apartment. The kitchen had a full size fridge, coffee machine and toaster. The breakfast was basic but had everything we needed. It was well located, lots of restaurants and within walking distance of everything. Best value for money in Montreal and has become our goto hotel.

Cons: The rooms are a bit dated and the bathroom was small.
