Great value accommodation in Little Italy
Pros: Convenient location near our son. Easy check in and out. Spacious. Good public transport. Plus all the little necessities of kitchen and bathroom are provided for you on arrival.
Cons: Nothing of any significance. A minor concern was what we would do with our luggage on the final day as there was an eight hour gap between check out time and going to the airport. The accommodation team helpfully provided secure storage for some but not all of that time. So we ended up at the airport more than four hours before our flight.

Spacious and good, I would book again.
Pros: Spacious (bedroom, living room, kitchen, and bathroom), great cost-benefit.
Cons: I thought it was closer to the metro stations. It was about 10-15 min walk from them.

Clean modern place in a fun neighbourhood
Pros: The location was great: great neighbourhood and our unit was facing the quiet side overlooking the alley. Good amount of space, well equipped.
Cons: The price could/should be 10-20% lower.

Bright apartment complex right in Little Italy
Pros: Bright, spacious apartment right in the middle of little Italy. It has a kitchen where you can find everything needed if you want to dine in, living room area, bed room and bathroom. Everything is kept clean and simple. The location was great for us, public transport is around the corner, lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Communication was friendly and quick, access to apartment easy. We were there before official check in time (code won’t work) but were able to get into the apartment an hour before.
Cons: If you travel with the car, be aware that to park the car longer than a few hours, you’ll need to be able to download an app (we couldn’t as we had data only and App Store didn’t recognize the app) to renew the parking ticket. In person at the machine is also possible but not handy if you’re out exploring. To make communication and check in even easier, we’d suggest sending all information about the apartment (floor, door code, apartment code, wifi etc) in one message rather than sending messages back and forth. The little balcony isn’t really to sit outside, nice to be able to open up doors. Having said that, there were a few things still laying there, and old sock, food from a previous tenant, worth cleaning there too for a friendlier look.

Bright, beautiful, calm space in fantastic Little Italy neighbourhood.
Pros: Beautiful, bright, clean, spacious, simple/clean/beautiful design. Easy to access. Quiet.
Cons: Lots of steps to complete booking, including what felt like multiple ID verifications on various platforms, additional costs like mandatory insurance outside of the Booking.com platform.

If you love exploring the many shops, markets, and eateries in the city, this spot is perfect.
Pros: This spot is very close to our son and daughter-in-law’s apartment and the location is excellent for our needs. We walk to the Plateau neighborhood and love staying close to Little Italy as well. It’s a place we have used before and will use again. We live in a city ourselves, so the neighborhood noises are not one bit bothersome (which I only mention because you provide earplugs for those who need a very quiet spot. The bed is very comfortable. We are knuckleheads and needed help getting into our unit. The woman we spoke with was so kind and patient with us as we fumbled our way through the very simple process!!
Cons: I f I'm being super picky, I personally love having a towel for my hair and a second towel to dry off, but it was just fine with one towel.

Comfortable spacious apartment in a great location, perfect for my needs.
Pros: Location was great. Apartment was spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was adequately equipped for cooking.
Cons: The layout of the big bedroom was odd. The bed located in the doorway with no door was not private. It should not be advertised as a two bedroom without mentioning this. It made for an awkward shared space with a coworker but I could see it could be good for families maybe. I was also surprised that there was no microwave in the kitchen.
